📋 Terms & Conditions — Sego SA Beauty Bar
📌 Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of R200 is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits must be paid immediately after booking via WhatsApp.
Appointments are only confirmed after proof of payment is received.
Deposits are included in your final payment.
⏰ Punctuality
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited.
Being late by 15+ minutes may affect your chosen design due to time limits.
💅 Services & Designs
Sego SA Beauty Bar does not work on or fix other nail techs’ work.
You may bring your own design inspiration — final results depend on time and materials.
Additional 30 minutes of time can be added for R120 if you need more for design or extras.
💳 Payments
No cash accepted in-salon.
Card, EFT, or deposit only.
Banking details will be provided after booking.
🧼 Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
🔁 Refill & Repairs
Refill services only apply to sets originally done by Sego.
Any damage must be reported within 7 days for a free fix.
After 7 days, repairs will be charged.
